There’s no better way to start 2025 than by making a difference in our community. Join us for a food-packing initiative that brings together area mayors, communities and volunteers to tackle food insecurity in partnership with Extra Table. Although the original date has been postponed, stay tuned for the new date!
This year, Ingalls Shipbuilding is excited to sponsor both the March of the Mayors campaign and a special project, Extra Full, which will provide fully stocked food kits for families in need. These kits — which contain essentials like rice, beans and seasonings — are packed by volunteers working together to create meaningful change. The African American Shipbuilders Association will also hold a food drop on Saturday, January 25.
